As a customer, you're an all-star.

We invite you to get your friends on our team, too. Print and fill out the information below and give to your friend (or stop in the bank for a baseball card). If your friend opens an account, we’ll deposit $50.00 into your account and $20.00 into your friend’s new account.

*To qualify for the $50 referral bonus, the newly referred customer must:

· Open a checking account at Mount Vernon Bank & Trust Company

· Receive a direct deposit of at least $500 into the new account within 60 days of account opening (examples: paycheck, Social Security, pension, ACH).

· Have no other banking relationships with Mount Vernon Bank & Trust Company.

The bank may issue an IRS Form 1099-Misc or other forms reporting the value of the bonus. Referring customers may receive up to 5 referral bonuses within a calendar year.

Mount Vernon Bank & Trust employees are not eligible.
